This lucrative industry attracts organized crime networks and illicit manufacturers who profit by selling counterfeit goods at lower prices, jeopardizing consumer safety and legitimate businesses. It undermines trust in the market, reduces government revenue through tax evasion, poses health and safety risks, promotes illegal activities, and challenges intellectual property rights. In response to this problem, BSecured, an online platform, was launched to generate and embed Blockchain-secured QR codes for instant visual verification. Blockchain, being decentralized, ensures data distributed across various nodes, making it nearly impossible to tamper with, thus safeguarding originals effectively.
